Why grant a right of way?
Participating landowners receive free family passes and an invitation to the annual barbecue. Most users continue their route without stopping — this encourages flow along the trails.
Will the trails be insured?
Yes, liability insurance covering landowners. 3-meter width on each side. Management and costs covered by Groupe Sentier Village Sutton.
Who will maintain the trails?
Groupe SVS will handle design, planning and maintenance. Staff hiring planned upon opening, adapted to future needs.
Is the town involved?
Yes! The Town of Sutton provided a support letter officially endorsed by the council. Discussions on financial assistance for access trails are ongoing.
